@mr_plumpkin Wouldn't positions that are not fully collateralized (using > 1x leverage) have to be liquidated before the event happens in this case though? Otherwise, how would the counterparty get paid if they win? (And especially if the event doesn't occur on a fixed date)

@quant_arb Could you explain what you mean by "skewing" into positions here? If an MFT shop wanted to get long, it would also maintain passive offers in the orderbook - acting as a MM and just try to edge flow in the right direction? Is that better than just maintaining bids until filled?

I am just a retail tradoor though, is there any way to "hedge" better than just using rebalance bands on the position size? I guess holding OX can reduce liquidation risk, but not quite delta neutral.
