Listen I'm not the biggest @ryanwhitney6 fan but the mock outrage over this photo is laughable. 1st of all the bears in the photo appear to be fake. 2nd of all real bears in the wild can't offer consent. Third of all this is an accurate depiction of how this series is going.

There will be loads of kids who get into golf because of it, though. That’s obviously a good thing and it’s great for Australian golf fans to have this once-a-year addition to the Open and PGA. The PGA Tour shouldn’t have neglected such a big, underserved audience.
took my mum to the races a few years ago because the she wanted to see the band. She has not watched a single horse race since. It’s good that any event can attract a crowd however it does it, but some perspective: a lot come for a drink and a day out. No problem there.
Unsurprisingly it looks like LIV’s best event was again in Adelaide (albeit a caddie did get a full water bottle thrown at his head and Burmester had to tell someone to STFU). Let’s not pretend that big crowds equal growing the game though. You need people to love golf for that.

PGA Tour/LIV beef aside, it’s abundantly clear that Australia deserves to host top-level golf. Great sporting culture, amazing golf courses, proud golf history. A future “world tour” that brings the best players together, which we can all hope for, must include Australia.
