@4abalancedyou Agreed! A little bit of work on a consistent basis is key. I always tell people. Do 10 pushups a day no matter what! No excuse. You can always have time for ten pushups.. funny how that compounds into more! Woot!
@4abalancedyou Love it! I tell many of my patients to sit down twice - couch, office chair, toilet, dinner table!! It quickly doubles the activity in their day.
