The AHS Football Jamboree will be on Friday, Aug. 25th at 8pm @ Maur Hill. Admission to the jamboree is a canned good/non-perishable food item to be donated in Atchison. Please note the time change to 8pm to avoid the heat. Come out and support Phoenix Football! #WeAre409
At that rate, it becomes extremely unsafe for our drivers to concentrate on driving and getting the @AtchisonPublic students home safely & efficiently. We are thankful that decision was made and encourage those who feel differently to come sit on a bus in the PM! #WeAre409
For those in the Atchison community who wonder if @doc_nuge made the right call to suspend bus operations for Wednesday and Thursday, we will share this bit of information for you. The interior temperature of one of our buses was 167 degrees on Tuesday afternoon!
