I'm relieved the Iran war appears to be winding down, but the deal being presented as anything more than "status-quo before the US started bombing" is ridiculous. Before the war the Strait was open and Iran wasn't pursuing nuclear weapons. So, what was the purpose of losing 14 American soldiers, a dozen bases, and $100B?
