We don't get much rain here and thunderstorms are pretty anemic but tonight, as far as Colorado standards go, we have rain, thunder and lightning! I'm very happy. Poor Coco not so much so she got her anti-anxiety meds in a slice of cheese. I miss east coast storms.

I rolled my ankle last night and have slight swelling on the outside of my foot, light bruising at my 4th toe, pain at the top outside of my foot and it hurts to put weight on it. I'm trying the R.I.C.E. method for now but OUCH.
