⛔️Urgent: La Cour d'appel du Littoral vient de créer une nouvelle jurisprudence! Un individu condamné à la prison ferme et une décision rendue *définitive* à son égard à été libéré ce jour par une "collégialité spéciale" de la Cour d'appel du Littoral. Ils ensuite renvoyé au 2 juin 2024 pour les réquisitions du ministère public sur la recevabilité de son appel et la demande de sursis à statuer. Donc on libère avant de savoir si la Cour d'appel peut légalement statuer dans ce dossier. Et si maintenant son appel est déclaré irrecevable? Il y a quel mécanisme pour exécuter la décision? Les avocats présents dans la salle étaient en choc et vont prendre des copies de cette décision pour utiliser dans d'autres procédures. Bref, mon agresseur est dehors.
Je découvre que ce condamné à relevé appel et que la procédure passe à la Cour d'appel à ce moment même sans que je n'en soit informée. Il fait appel hors délais et au lieu de déclarer son appel irrecevable, la Cour met en délibéré "en cours d'audience" sur sa demande de mise en

Si le Président Biya est sérieux pour combattre la corruption, il faut qu'il commence par la Justice. Il ne suffit pas de muter les magistrats ripoux à des postes non "juteux." Il faut les révoquer. Surtout les hauts magistrats qui sont censés montrer l'exemple.
Au Cameroun, on prend trop à la légère la liberté des personnes. Pour un rien, des gens se retrouvent en cellule ou même en prison. La privation de la liberté est normalement une EXCEPTION ! Au Cameroun c'est la règle. Trafic d'influence, corruption, extorsion et chantage. Stop!
