Tomorrow is St. Mark's Day. Here is the entry in How to Use the Book of Common Prayer:
April 25: Saint Mark’s Day. St. Mark is one of the four evangelists, and the New Testament records that he assisted St. Paul in his missionary work, before deserting him and later returning…
From the psalms at morning prayer (62:10):
O trust not in wrong and robbery; give not yourselves unto vanity; * if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.
Today is Wednesday, a day to say the Litany. Here's a quote from How to Use the Book of Common Prayer:
The Litany was the first English liturgy authorized by the Church of England—in 1544, five years before the rest of the Book of Common Prayer. Archbishop Cranmer started with…
From How to Use the Book of Common Prayer:
Next are the five Sundays after Easter, a period sometimes called “Eastertide.” During this time, the epistles are taken from the “general epistles”—which is the name for the epistles of Peter, James, John, and Jude. These selections…
From How to Use the Book of Common Prayer:
The next day is “Easter Even.” The Book of Common Prayer does not have a long Easter Vigil service on the Saturday night before Easter. Instead, this day is quiet stillness, with none of the intensity of Good Friday or Easter Day. It is…
The 1662 International Edition has an appendix of additional prayers. The three Holy Week prayers (708) are from US BCP 1928 (two of them are ancient); the two Maundy Thursday ones (709) are taken from West Indian and Nigerian BCPs.

Many parishes will transfer the Feast this year. Nonetheless, it is worth considering how the Collect, Epistle and Gospel for the day offer a different perspective on Holy Week and invite us to see the passion of our Lord through the eyes of his loving mother.
Today is the Sunday next Before Easter, and so we enter into Holy Week. What makes the Prayer Book approach to the Passion of our Lord distinctive? A good starting place might be this helpful thread below from the editors of the BCP 1662 International Edition...

@Gda1238@davidjn_@BradleyBarnham This thread might be of interest. The BCP provision for Lent and Holy Week is quite distinct to many modern liturgies. No "Passiontide" or "Palm Sunday", for example. x.com/1662ie/status/…

Today is the feast of St. Benedict, a black-letter day; and also the anniversary of the martyrdom of the chief compiler of the Book of Common Prayer, Archbishop Thomas Cranmer. The 1662 International Edition has prayers for the commemoration of a saint on pages 711-712.
Preaching, I’m sure, to the choir, but if I could restore one discipline to the whole CofE it’d be the Prayer Book’s monthly recital of the Psalms. I can’t emphasise how transformative it is for my own spirituality and how it puts issues in Church and nation into perspective.
"I believe this is one of the most important and exciting publications for Anglicans in years, especially on the subject of liturgy and the Book of Common Prayer. This is more than a 'How to use it' book. It’s really a 'How to love it' book."

We just began handing this great book out to our guests on Sunday, along with a 1662 Book of Common Prayer: International Edition, and a guest read it on Monday and decided to join the church on Tuesday! As a missionary, I really can't say how grateful I am to have this text.
