@fiscal_ai Fintech is a crowded space. Customer loyalty & stickiness weren't as robust as what people used to think. Competitive pressure is coming from legacy rivals & newer fintechs.
How far would $VHI need to fall before $CSU becomes interested—60%? It may never get there given that hospital SaaS biz typically trade at a premium vs other VMS. Insiders bought at ~$7 in Mar. But who knows considering CSU's past Altera Digital Health/Allscripts acquisition.
@varuninvesting Germany, a gateway to Europe, is a wild card. It runs a inventory model due to regulations vs consignment in the US & UK. The latter works the best if they want to scale fast. MENA & Asia buyers would prefer shipping out of European ports vs US ports. An unpriced opportunity!

"The most immediate value from agentic AI in travel is coming from high-volume, measurable tasks. But the larger opportunity lies in ops & customer service—helping agents respond in real time when disruptions like flight delays occur & domino effect kicks in."

$CSU insider shares why reach, distribution, & strong customer relationships may become the most valuable assets a firm can have, as AI democratizes the ability to create. When products can be replicated in days, trust & network effects are much harder to copy.
$CSU progress of AI accelerator program
Building agentic workflows requires relentless curiosity & willingness to challenge pre-existing beliefs. Months ago, few knew how. Now firms launch in wks & stun customers. Earlier accelerator cohorts are now shipping what they started!!!
Vancouver is one of the best places for value investors without being distracted by Wall Street or Bay Street noise. The city's vibe supports a more patient, fundamentals-driven mindset, vs one shaped by institutional chatter, conference cycles, & capital-markets positioning.
@echantech1 More firms r also looking for engineers who combine strong technical skills w/ business acumen, leadership, & soft skills. Unlike in the past, when nerds could run the entire show, today's engineers are increasingly expected to be more well-rounded.

The cybersecurity talent crisis isn't abt headcount. Avg tenure has dropped to 1.8 yrs. Burnout is rampant. 59% of roles now demand business judgment, not just technical skills. Hiring more wrong people faster is a expensive, wrong way to solve a problem.

@NotMarkLeonard@jorge_moj As engineers continuously kaizen workflows with better tools, last-mile issues will still remain. I do expect their frequency to decline over time, but there will always be edge cases, grey areas, & practical gaps that require human judgment & problem-solving.
$CSU insider tried to use AI to rebuild old software
Verdict:
AI won't save u if u don't understand your own software. It'll just help u build the wrong thing faster. B4 asking if AI can rebuild it—can u explain why the current version works. Nervous? That's the real project!
$CSU insider Sylvain Perrier speaks abt self-reflection. He left Mercatus Technologies, a personalized grocery e-commerce platform, to join Vertus Group.
“Reflection is not wasted time. It is leadership work. It is life’s work.”
To me, self-reflection can be quite meditative!
@echantech1 I suspect some top engineers are so good at their work that their confidence may come across as pride, even unintentionally, or their supervisors may misread their body language and/or verbal cues. It's unfortunate. Humans r complex. Big tech wants to zerorize human interaction!
