@IonMagus the show was approved for s2 before it blew up, so all the calculations and budgeting was done way back, and lets not forget they got money from canadian government and probably some subsidiaries too which probably hindered on them being a smaller production, so getting more

@IonMagus i do not know where you get crave is cheap narrative,sure the no budget increase seems like an odd choice but1) its a word of a mouth information and can not be actually verified2) from the profuctuon stand point it makes sense cauze inflated budgets rarely lead to better results

@IonMagus they will probably get the same amount for s2 and 3 + some bonuses and merch cut but s4 opens a conversation about renegotiations and salary increase so i dont see any problem here + no actor drops their successful series over potential scheduling conflicts lets be serious

@IonMagus besides neither hudson nor connor said anything that would indicate that they are unsatisfied with hr, usually when an actor wants an exit they stay silent but both connor and hudson have been very open about going back to set and referencing eo in conversations with fans etc

@IonMagus not to get all cynical but with the right price its all possible and i doubt crave will not be generous, and they both are not famous or influential enough to exit the series that made them and doing hr will get them farther even four seasons in than any of the other stuff
