@CommonsBEIS @darrenpjones @RoyalMail Can you please ask Mr Thompson about the executive action Royal Mail are rolling out in every office. Posties getting hundreds of delivery points added to their routes without negotiation. Forcing Mail to be delayed due to unachievable workloads.

@jemmaforte and don't forget the lessening terms & conditions. Cutting staff and expecting the ones left to take on the extra work is obviously going to affect the service. You simply can't maintain or grow a service with less staff.
