No one betrayed anyone. He left the group to pursue a solo career and that's completely fine. He didn't betray ENHYPEN nor the fans. While some people might feel hurt, I'm all for putting oneself first. If that's what he wanted, he should go for it. And he already did. However, he, his solo fans and all these so called ot7 fans cant expect him to pull the same level of support as a soloist that he did in a 7-member group. He is a separate entity now. No matter how deep their history is, neither party owes the other anything. When he was in the group, the entire fandom (minus akgaes) backed him. But now that he has left, the same support shouldnt be expected. No amount of guilt-tripping or threatening will change that fact for ENHYPEN or ENGENEs. All the achievements and awards ENHYPEN won as a group prior to March 10th, were the result of collective effort. Those wins happen because the group fandom and all the individual solo fandoms pull together for a common goal; for their faves to win. 7 then, 6 now. In the past, and even now, solo/unit content always had lower views and streams than full-group releases. Why? Because every member has their own dedicated solo fanbase. Unfortunately for ENHYPEN's collective numbers, these individual solo fanbases are often bigger than the OT6 fandom as a whole. Streaming, voting and buying, all of these requires time, money, and effort. Fans naturally prioritize their own biases. Expecting ENHYPEN's fans to divide their limited resources for a soloist makes no sense?? And if I might add, support is a 2-way street; his solo fanbase isn't streaming, voting or buying for ENHYPEN now, so they have no right to demand reciprocity.
