@STAT_Tales @audible_ca I probably will keep using audible which is why I am mad. I enjoy audible but not 1 but 3! different staff members didn't try to help me.

@STAT_Tales @audible_ca It could have been a simple fix instead they didn't take any time or effort to listen to me.
@STAT_Tales @audible_ca I dealt with them first hand. I contacted them multiple times and all they said was "you don't have an account with us".
@STAT_Tales @audible_ca If there customer service wasn't horrible I wouldnt take the time to comment here.
