@oshawapower The communication strategy on this scheduled outage is terrible. Road signs, outbound calls to advise of the planned outage and emails to affected customers who have registered with the OPUC portal would have helped.

@oshawapower Who was rhe idiot who scheduled this outage on a Fri night at 7pm? There was no notification until the owner went out. No DRP was on scene at Simcoe and Columbus at 7pm. Schedule this at 1am
