Did it make you sick when you heard Trump won in 2016??? I was at work. I had nausea the rest of the night. Things never got better until November 2020.
@whittler_e We had a staff meeting the next day. All of us teachers were in disbelief. We knew it would be bad. We didn't know it would be THAT bad.
@whittler_e I raged at my friends who voted for trump on election night in 2016. I’m still raging at some of them that I still talk with. They were my best friends. Then trump. How do I square this dichotomy? I still struggle with it. Thank God for my anti trump friends & twitter! 😷✊🏻🇺🇸
@whittler_e I slept soundly and then I was on a high for about a month just watching videos of you people melt down. I still watch them occasionally.
@whittler_e @MoonStarsUnite I wept. My kids cried. When I woke them up for school the next day they remembered trump won and they started crying all over again. And so it began. Four years of shit.
@whittler_e I sat & cried. I had terrible thoughts of what he might do as President, and he beat all of my expectations. Over the next 4 years, my blood pressure rose drastically. I was in the hospital following a cardiac event when I learned that Biden won in 2020.
@whittler_e I fell asleep that night thinking that maybe Hilary could still pull it out only to wake up the next morning to find out he was the official winner I sat on my bed and started to cry out of fear of what that meant but nothing I feared compared to the horrors that awaited us.
@whittler_e You poor baby! Do you need someone to comfort you? maybe a hug?
