Anyone else experienced unauthorized fraudulent use of your Sam’s Club Cash??? My Sam’s Cash was used in San Antonio with “Scan and Go” …but I was in Nashville at the same exact time. Three months later and multiple calls and still no resolution. Just a “run around”. Watch!!!

Today I went into a Sam’s Club and two different managers tried to call Sam’s Club Help for me. Same playbook…. Hours on the phone, switched from one representative to another, put on hold, hung up on after almost two hours on the phone. NO resolution! Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!

My phone calls to Sam’s Club, WalMart, WalMart Corporate, and Synchrony Bank have ALL been on a “recorded line” so you should have at least 15 hours of conversation between myself or my husband and customer representatives of Sam’s Club or Synchrony Bank. POOR Customer Service!

WARNING! SAM’S CASH (rewards on SAM’S CLUB Mastercard from SYNCHRONY BANK) is NOT safe and secure. One month ago, my SAM’S CASH was used in San Antonio, Texas but I was NOT there! I and my Sam’s Club Mastercard were in Nashville, TN!Multiple calls/hours and NO resolution! FRAUD!

I live in Nashville, TN but an email that I received on Friday, June 23 notified me that my Sam’s Cash was used at 5565 DE ZAVALA RD at Sam’s in SAN ANTONIO, TX 78249-1735 on June 23 at 1:35 pm. I was NOT in San Antonio! I was in Nashville! Multiple calls still no resolution!!
