After RFK's second wife Mary and RFK Jr. had been separated for a year, Mary hung herself in a barn, her siblings sued Kennedy to have her buried in Westchester, N.Y., closer to where her four children lived. But Kennedy disregarded their wishes and won in court, and she was buried near Kennedy’s aunt and uncle, Eunice and Sargent Shriver. A few months later while he was dating Cheryl Hines, he exhumed her body and had her moved away from the main family plot and transferred 700 feet away and reburied in an empty part of the St. Francis Xavier Cemetery in Centerville, Mass where it was unmarked. He said so it would be less crowded. That's who he is. nbcnews.com/news/world/mar… via @nbcnews
@MakeTexasBlue22 I knew parts of that story, and it was pretty bad, but this is disturbing.
What's disturbing is that people don't read the article, they believe what Texas Blue intentionally misrepresented: ".. he wanted to have the ability to lay his wife to rest among her family members,” Maki said. “He opted for an area of the cemetery where there is room for future expansion.”
@virginia_dark @MakeTexasBlue22 Everything I've read he treated her like dirt. Even went so far as using the old ploy of saying she'd always suffered from mental illness. No accountability on his part in her decision to unalive herself.
@virginia_dark @MakeTexasBlue22 This is disturbing.
@virginia_dark @MakeTexasBlue22 He kept a diary of the 37 women he had affairs/sex with while married which I believe she found.
@virginia_dark @MakeTexasBlue22 did not know this part - how awful
@virginia_dark @MakeTexasBlue22 Things upon which we are in violent agreement. 😎
