@IFB_Care Ticket No 1018757762. Pathetic customer service. Front load machine frame breaks without any movement in just 2 years. Just following up on when frame will come and fitted. IFB doesn’t care, wrong decision to buy IFB

@IFB_Care it has been 5 days that my front load machine is not working. Service agent came said body needs to be replaced, not even 2 years !! Ticket no 1018757762, Now they are taking days to get the body, followed up but no one cares, for sure not IFB. Wrong decision IFB

@burgerkingindia pls work on ur customer service, i was at Mumbai Domestic airport yestwrday & the store manager of is such a rude person. He misbehaved and also returned partial money when he was not able to fulfill order on time. Pathetic for such an international brand 😡
