Every lesson has a message. Pay attention to what your current circumstances are teaching you. There's always something you can learn.
Forgive yourself for not knowing better at the time. Forgive yourself for giving away your power. Forgive yourself for past behaviors. Forgive yourself for the survival patterns and traits you picked up while enduring trauma. Forgive yourself for being who you needed to be.
Life is not a race against others. Don’t waste your time and energy comparing and worrying about who is ahead of you and who is behind you. Focus on being better than you were yesterday.
Spend more time congratulating yourself for the improvements you’re making instead of overthinking how far you have to go.
I have huge respect for people who've gone through hard times but still have a soft heart.
One thing I realized is that everything always ends up working out. Sometimes even better than you can imagine. Remember this when you feel like you’re in a hard place or you feel like you’re being challenged the most. Believe in where you’re headed. See the bigger picture.
Forgive the past. It is over. Learn from it and let go. People are constantly changing and growing. Do not cling to a limited, disconnected, negative image of a person in the past. See that person now. Your relationship is always alive and changing.
If you feel like you're losing everything, remember that trees lose their leaves every year and they still stand tall and wait for better days to come.
Your kindness is not a weakness, it's an absolute strength. Never let anyone make you think otherwise.
To anybody who’s reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind right now. May clarity replace confusion. May peace and calmness fill your life.
Please quit overthinking everything. Stop obsessing over your failures. Stop doubting yourself and seeing greatness in everyone else but you. You are better than that. You deserve more. Start showing up differently.

@valand_rakesh I recently had a situation where all of these things happened. I didn’t know better, I gave up power, I reacted according to a previous trauma, but I needed to be someone that I needed to be and allow my character and actions to speak for themselves. Thanks again, Rakesh.
