Our letter to @HouseCommerce and @GerryConnolly (D-VA), @RepJoshG (D-NJ), and @RepStefanik (R-NY).
In short: This bill compromises the privacy of all Americans, including children, and achieves nothing in the process.
Congress says you should dox yourself to every website: H.R. 8250 ("Parents Decide Act") requires that you ID yourself to every "general purpose computing system" so that it can blast your personally identifying information to the entire Internet.

USIPS commends the @FTC and @AFergusonFTC for tackling debanking at the source of the problem. For decades, a handful of companies subservient to @Mastercard and @Visa have dictated which Americans are able to participate in the global economy with no digital alternatives.

Right now we are trying to reach $135 through this method to afford access to a premium security researcher API for advanced threat detection. This will benefit our new web application firewall.
While we settle down for Christmas, Congress is working to poison the Internet and harm small sites.
@LindseyGrahamSC (R-SC) and @RepHageman (R-WY) are pushing bills to end Section 230, a critical shield for websites hosting any user-generated content.

If you have a spare SXM2 server with old Nvidia V100s in it, please get in touch at <[email protected]>. We are soliciting this as a donation for rudimentary AI work to help protect websites from illegal material uploads. This is a common rig for old AI and crypto minings. Thanks!
USIPS encourages the @USOCC / @FDICgov to modify proposed self-regulation to give it teeth and to mandate restraint from financial services.
@USComptroller / @FDIC_martinJG should look at how @BrianBrooksUS tried to give us 'Fair Access to Financial Services' 4 years ago!
Trump promised tax-free tips, but the IRS is trying to disqualify tips that may receive a reward.
USIPS submits that gratuity with thank-yous should not disqualify tips. Superchats, channel memberships, and other tokens should still be tax-free.

We congratulate the @JudiciaryGOP (@RepRussellFry, @repdarrellissa, @Jim_Jordan).
Our Internet is more centralized than ever. Bigger platforms have an obligation to be impartial. Allowing them to control speech has had dire aconsequences.
Future voters are on social media.
We have filed an Amicus Brief in support of Cox v. Sony.
"Contributory copyright infringement" is an offense created by the court without any law passed by Congress to define what it means. Current copyright rules stifle innovation and free expression.

Why do Banks get to decide what you can buy?
This 3min article explains how Visa and Mastercard control all e-commerce, why even huge companies like Steam can't tell them "no", and what you can do about it right now to pry their hands off your freedom.

We have submitted a comment to the @FTC supporting:
(1) regulating Tier 1 ISPs as common carriers,
(2) the federal government refusing contracts and grants to censorious companies, and
(3) opening an FTC hotline to report censorship.
All Americans deserve a place to speak.
.@USOCC response to FOIA regarding Fair Access to Financial Services (2020-OCC-0042). 2/3rds of 374 pages redacted.
1. The rule was paused pending 'orderly takeover'; no new Comptroller has ever been confirmed.
2. 13 of congress opposed for climatology.

I hate for our first message on this account to be on a negative note, but @anedot refuses to bank our non-profit. This is the payment processor for @gunrights, so if they're not willing to bank us and accept donations, I don't know who will.
This is our notice. No info.
