It breaks our heart that we have to share that long term friends of the HJFL Kevin and Gemma Rimmer are preparing to do what no parent should and that is to say goodbye to their Child. Jacob has shown incredible strength throughout his battle with NKH and gastrointestinal dystonia but unfortunately the family are preparing for his final journey.
