@unusual_whales Close to when we in Gen X are getting ready to retire. Great.
@unusual_whales Stop giving it to illegals and give back the money they stole.
@unusual_whales Did the members of congress repay the money they “borrowed”? Do you know whose war this money helped fund? Is that amount included in this analysis? Also, I have a suggestion, why don't they raise the ceiling so the wealthy pay their fair share?
@unusual_whales Fear porn. Just turn on the printing presses. Don't worry the Fiat dollar will be extent by May 2023
@unusual_whales Gee! Only 80%! You know how we could cover all promised benefits and even increase them? Take the damn cap off the Social Security and Medicare taxes so it’s paid on all income!
@unusual_whales We should stop funding schools to make sure wealthy boomers can draw ss and live the last 20 years of life in luxury in there multiple homes while us millennial rent a 1 bedroom apt and still need 4 roommates to afford rent
@unusual_whales 80% doesn't sound like "depleted"
@unusual_whales The amount of $$ that SS is capped at - they don't tax any income over ~$138k per person - It's paltry (in comparison to income levels). They wouldn't have to increase the age of retirement and they could even reduce the % they tax it at - but NO politician wants to budge.
@unusual_whales Wonder if anyone can get the Ukrainian pensions we just funded...
@unusual_whales Congress must repay what they STOLE (and they did steal. It was not their money to take) from those funds ….including interest. And instead of giving Billions to other countries, we need to take care of our own!
