Studying a bunch of different options and then having a debate about the tradeoffs they represent seems...good? The problem is our "environmental" reviews are 90% concerned with bothering the least number of people and not what's actually best for our goals.

@typewriteralley The act of studying that many alignments (and there were others beyond these!) was almost solely an exercise in trying to bother the least amount of people.
