@tweetbymarianna Excessive makes you sleepy Not enough and you'll have a hard time working out I personally eat 'em minimally, cause I like the sharp-minded benefit But if fitness is your goal, I wouldn't worry 'bout them too much. It's ultimately calories in calories out.
@tweetbymarianna Necessary for energy Esoteric Twitter demonizes them for some reason but if you exercise regularly and don't consume carbs it's like running your car on vegetable oil instead of diesel You COULD, but it'd be shitty and you'd feel shitty
@tweetbymarianna I think you should try eliminating different food groups and just see what works for you. Maybe you’re all about carnivore. Maybe that with some honey and fruit. Maybe add some veggies too. Or perhaps some healthy carbs added to one meal. Hits different for everyone, just do u.
@tweetbymarianna if you've hit your protein and fats for day then the more carbs the better imo (if we're talking athletic performance). just use GIs to choose carbs for each time of day, and be mindful how mental clarity's affected
