$ASTS I'm up to 9191 waffles... wanted 10k shares but I'm running out of things to sell. If anyone wants a mediocre second hand kidney hit me up.

$ASTS I can only think of 2 good reasons they would have sold these convertible notes right now. 1) They have an opportunity to merge Relativity Space into the company and actually have a launch vehicle with a reusable first stage that could carry up to 5 Block2 BBs per launch. 2) The US government is looking to award a hefty contract yo ASTS but is insisting on more financial security and/or an expedited production and launch capacity. I could live with either, if they could do a mix of cash and stock to merge in an actual launch company with a large rocket, that could be huge. If the US government is ready to finally award some serious contracts, also amazing. But for the love of God and all that is holy, give us some positive news.

Useful management philosophy. Naturally, I'm going to relate this to $ASTS. Some will say they were never up 1-0, but those people don't actually understand where Starlink actually is in DTC. The key for someone like Abel is to always push, no matter how painful, to ensure they remain on top and never play defense. You think he wanted to do a convert? This guy loves his shareholder base. He would have immediately have had a Taco Bell moment when he realized he had just done the prepaid forward and now was doing the exact thing (a convert) he had just promised the market he would not do. The chess board, however, had shifted on him. They are making more satellites than they have near-term visibility on launch capacity. Blue Origin got pushed back. They are winning sovereign projects (J-LEO) that require capital. They are getting jaw-dropping performance from their system. To press the advantage, you have to hold your nose. This is why control shares matter: the CEO can do the right thing. He's not subject to short-term pressure of those who are the loudest, but also have the shortest time horizons. He can do as Mark Zuckerberg would do. This is Founder Energy™️. If you want to win in a trillion dollar market, you cannot just hold on. You have to be prepared to attack each day. Sadly, a few shareholders will get flushed out and that sucks. We all suffer mental damage from mark to market losses. However, in life it's really just about saddling up if you want to ride, or letting the horse run away. Winning is hard. And there are no guarantees you will win even if you saddle up. But you don't try, you won't win. If you give up, you won't win.

@wave3trades I don’t even think $ASTS will need to be sold to customers. It’ll represent so much savings for MNOs that they’ll just cancel their rural cell tower agreements and use AST for all those customers and they won’t even know they’re connected via satellite.

@StockChaser_ $RKLB can’t launch a BB until Neutron is up and running. There are a lot of other options, ULA, Mitsubishi & Arianne to name a few. I think we are a 3-4 months behind schedule which isn’t a huge deal on the grand scheme of things.

@moinvests28 I'm 85% in... and I think it could still swing down into the 50s for an ABC correction but if T-Mobile makes an announcement we are just as likely to shoot back up to ATHs. If we see the 50s I'll be going all in.
