@trishgreenhalgh From a patient perspective there is no quality because there is no meaningful care. Unless you can afford to go private. Where is the NICE guidance?

@trishgreenhalgh I really welcomed the philosophical bits ie the references to Drury, Wittgenstein and Montgomery and the acknowledgement of the importance of idiographic analyses. The paper is underpinned by a caring perspective. Comprehensive, cogent. Important.
