“We could be left with a Christmas tree of an opinion on standing grounds: Justice Kavanaugh gets an endorsement of the broad conscience objection; Justice Barrett, who also expressed interest in the scope of the conscience objection, shares that present; Justice Gorsuch gets some further repudiation of nationwide injunctions; Justice Thomas gets an express narrowing of Havens; and Chief Justice Roberts gets to avoid having his beloved Court further tarnished by another obviously ideological decision. The result could thus be 8-1, with only Justice Alito refusing to go along with any ruling that does not restrict abortion; he would get (and deserve) a lump of coal.” dorfonlaw.org/2024/03/the-po…
As I understand this, a win, allows the distribution and consumption of users regardless of the risks at a particular time of pregnancy. I'm not saying the pill shouldn't be allowed but your willing to accept the risks of harm or death rather than some control points. You have kids, right?
@tribelaw ..can American citizens vote to prescribe the supreme court an enema?

@tribelaw So you believe the SCOTUS will vote to ban abortion pills? I am no one, but if that happens, in my opinion, all woman should rise up. It is not to any man or court to regulate how a woman deals with pregnancy. That ultimate decision is hers alone. No one else’s.

@tribelaw The government attorney couldn’t answer a basic question about who could have standing. It was embarrassing. She should have been prepared for that.
@tribelaw Sound reasoning, but 8 - 1 is overly optimistic.
