Cela se passe à Arcachon, où le candidat écologiste, Vital Baude, arrivé deuxième avec 20,45 % des voix, a porté plainte contre le maire LR sortant, Yves Foulon, réélu dès le premier tour (66,51 %). L'élu dénonce des insultes et des menaces à son encontre, de la part du maire de la ville. La scène visible dans cette vidéo a eu lieu dimanche 15 mars, lors du premier tour des élections municipales, devant un bureau de vote. Ces images ont été captées par un réalisateur indépendant qui suit depuis plusieurs semaines le candidat écologiste pour un documentaire sur les coulisses de sa campagne. Nous décidons de publier ces images édifiantes, qui revêtent un caractère d’information légitime du public. Contacté, le service communication de la mairie d'Arcachon ainsi que Yves Foulon n'ont pas répondu à nos sollicitations.
