Governments trying to boost fertility rates without repealing women's rights:
China is cooked. Even with extreme authoritarianism, banning video games, banning incel content, banning porn, banning everything, controlling social media, promoting natalism... 49% of Chinese women don't want kids. That number is only going up.
Male preference for small > large boobies correlates with higher wealth & intelligence, which would result in female offspring having higher IQ & smaller breasts. No large-scale study has proven any correlation between breast size & female IQ, but it's theoretically possible.
