I can’t believe what I’m reading! The Director of Education & Standards of the GMC states that medical degrees are no longer needed as non-doctors can use smartphones?! Sure, I may check on current guidance, confirm med doses, etc but not medicine itself! WTF IS HAPPENING!!

@hlnewey Dundee prior to covid had a 4 week surgery, 4 week medicine. We had just an 8 week assistantship, quite varied depending on ward. Mine was on geriatrics which I found super useful!
