@sonofteamster @travelingflying That's not really the case. In this scenario we're talking about airline pilots. There's plenty of people with a pilot's license that are not qualified for airlines. Farmers with crop planes etc. Airlines should pick the TOP candidates. Not try to meet quotas.

I just got hit by Engineering layoffs My philosophy for frontend development is NOT tokenmaxxing to ship as much as possible, but rather beauty in simplicity while keeping complexity and chaos to a minimum. Who's hiring? --- I've worked with React Native for three years I'm very good at CSS and have a good eye for intuitive designs (creator of @webtui, btw) I can adapt to any web framework very quickly I'm very good at maintaining a clean and organized commit history as well as working with others in a VCS like git I'm not afraid to RTFM (read the friendly manual) and I'm good at writing documentation And lastly, I write most of my code by hand because I truly care about the software I'm building and how people will use it

@frolfman17 @libsoftiktok absentee ballots != mail in ballots. we've always done absentee. absentee = you request, give id, they give ballot. mail in = flood all mailboxes with unrequested ballots, even for inactive voters (moved out of state, dead, etc.)

@NamikaVT why does the state need to differentiate. just use parent or guardian like everyone has. and how is "gestating" not gendered? doesn't even fit for adopted children and many other scenarios. beyond stupid. just 2019-esque semantics rage bait.
