Homelessness is solved by preventing it. You don’t want to encourage it continues by supplying homes and food. Supply financial education and drug prevention to the next generation instead. Being homeless CANNOT become comfortable, the system will quickly be abused and overwhelmed. Hate to sound like the bad guy, but there is no reintroduction into society for 90% of the current homeless population. The last 10% will solve it with the systems we already have in place.
