Ann Widdecombe has possibly been murdered, and @SkyNews thinks it’s appropriate to have a man discussing whether she was a virgin. Why would whether a woman had ever had penetrative sex be relevant to her possible murder? He then went on to speculate, on mainstream media, that it was a robbery gone wrong rather than politically motivated. That may ultimately prove to be the case, but speculation about motive before the facts are established has no place in responsible news coverage. The first instinct when discussing a woman who may have been murdered should never be to reduce her to her sexual history. Ann Widdecombe deserved better. Every woman deserves better.

Tragically, no matter what evidence he presents, it will be disputed, dismissed and/or ignored by people who will shriek dictatorship and election-rigging when he moves to address the corruption. Tragically, because confidence in election outcomes is now a partisan issue. For Democrats, the sheep's clothing of false compassion ... in this case avoiding the inconvenience of attending a polling place on election day, claiming undue hardship in acquiring ID, and of course granting the vote to people who don't belong here ... as always is how they advance the wolf's agenda. Tragically, because these confrontations over what was once unassailable civic good seem to be pushing us closer to civil war. Hey, we've already had at least two hot civil wars in this country, with a few others on slow burn.

Hello again. We’re currently in Clemson, South Carolina. I’ve decided to come back here to document the final part of our road trip. The main reason I deactivated my account two weeks ago was that things became increasingly toxic. For some people, it’s unfortunately unfathomable that a good story can exist without some kind of hidden agenda behind it. There was even a Reddit group going through my entire account trying to find anything they could use to reveal my identity. I know this was only a small percentage of people, but after a while it became exhausting. During the last two weeks, I received so many kind messages on Instagram, and they really made me realize how many people genuinely enjoyed following the trip. Some people even told me that their grandparents regularly ask them, “What are the Germans up to today?” I think that’s really cool. I decided to continue because I realized that the overwhelming majority of people loved following along. A small group of very loud people shouldn’t be able to ruin something that brought so many others joy. I also want to clear something up, as people who follow me on Instagram already know. I’ve been to the United States before. This is not my first visit, and I’ve never claimed that it was. The last time I was here was in January 2022, when I visited New York and Philadelphia. A lot of people shared my Raising Cane’s post from November 2025 to make it look like I was secretly American. That post wasn’t from the United States, it was from my trip to Saudi Arabia. This is my first time back in the U.S. in more than four years, and apart from Boston, I’d never visited any of the places we’ve been to on this trip before. That’s probably why many people assumed it was our first time in America, because for all of these places, it actually was. @yay3d @SketchesbyBoze Prior to the Department of Education, most Americans would understand literary references. The DOE is the one that eliminated the reading of books in school...and failing students who do no class work. The DOE is how we got to this point.

I had to explain to a group of millennials the reference to a Friend's episode where Joey was holding a baby chick tight and Chandler goes, "easy there, Lennie". That was also when I found out they were not required to read books in school. They read "exerpts". They also had an "English" translation for Shakespeare. When I pointed out Shakespeare is in "English", they said nuh-uh. It was like English but not actual English. I explained it was Elizabethian English, they just stared at me with a blank look on their face. WTF?

Ten years ago you could make jokes about Jane Eyre and Dracula on twitter and most people would get them; nowadays I have to explain references to Alice in Wonderland and The Hobbit as if we’re living in a very on-the-nose film adaptation of Fahrenheit 451.
