Be aware that counterfeit vodka is circulating in the area in 35ml (half) bottles, fraudulently labelled as Glen's. Bottles have been found to contain the chemical isopropyl, which can be harmful if consumed. When opened, the counterfeit vodka may have a strange smell and taste differently to genuine vodka and should not be drunk.

Our Trading Standards Team and Police Scotland seized over 900 non-compliant vapes from premises in Airdrie this week. The supersized vapes have 10ml and 15ml tanks which exceed the 2ml legal limit and, as they're not correctly registered, they're illegal to sell.
