BRINE FRIED TILAPIA I prefer fried tilapia over grilled tilapia But sometimes it’s just too dry and crispy for my liking so I decided to start soaking my tilapia is a seasoned salt solution(brine) before marinating it. It makes it juicy & succulent with a light crispy texture
