The physical evidence corroborates that he had a gun up there with him (means). His many confessions provide motive.

The actions taken on that roof are absolutely the shooting based on precise timing, location, and physical evidence. So Benny's not exaggerating to say he clearly saw Tyler shooting Charlie.

@NateKate296264 @DataRepublican To me this easily fits with being crystal clear on seeing the murder of Charlie (that last quote makes this claim) even if the bit on the roof was fuzzy. You could see that the one headed to the roof at the right time was Tyler, based on images up to and including the stairwell.

@Angie_laughing @DataRepublican @TPUSA Yes, after having clearly seeing him in the stairwell, climbing toward the roof just before the shooting, it's evident that the man in the rooftop footage is the defendant. The only other explanation is that there was someone else on the roof before him who took the shot.
