Attended @tdcpak Iftar event yesterday with our fabulous MPs @AfzalKhanMCR , @GwynneMP and @YasminQureshiMP and Head of Politics in Embassy of Kazakhstan, Mardenov Aidar. TDC is doing wonderful work in Pakistan by treating thousands of diabetes patients for free. 🙏🏼
@tdcpak Though my sugar is controlled and A1C is 5.4 but somehow it was raised but Dapa 10mg has brought it down to acceptable levels. I used Isphagol Husk which is prohibited for diabetics, since I stopped all is good.

@tdcpak Insulin and exercise, oral medication won’t help in the long run. Limit intake of red meat, wheat and no fizzy drinks. Water drained boiled rice with whatever curry/vegetable/fish is cooked. No sweet dish at all. So far working for me.
@AmjadFalki @tdcpak Shah sb if this is your lifestyle, just pull out the wheat and Rice from your diet, you will be good.

@tdcpak 1. Fasting 2. Exercise 3. No junk food (for life) 4. Reduced blood sugar spikes (salads before meals, diluted vinegar before meals, refrigerated carbs, proteins/fiber before carbs and sweets etc.)
@tdcpak Gut Health, Work on Glucagon, Intermittent Fasting, Healthy Sleep, Walk, Complex Carbohydrates with Proteins and Fats (mono and poly) Lotsa fiber to confuse gut what's in there 😂
@tdcpak 1. No sugar (always see label for sugar when eating something from market) 2. Shorbay wala salan as much as possible. 3. Brisk 30 minutes walk. 4. Dinner no later than 6 PM. 5. Eat fruits moderately.
