Nice try. "unfortunately, a technical issue is preventing us from answering your call" Been getting this for 2 days now. Used Chat and they were not helpful. Said UPS was not option in our area, which is opposite of what guy said to get us to come back! Fishy!

@HelloFresh Service is suffering. New delivery company is late, unprofessional, and mis-delivered. Boxes can't sit in some guys car for an extra day in TX heat. Cancelled, u called, said lots of complaints so you switched back to UPS. That was a lie! Now phones down? Convenient.
