For us to achieve those big dreams, there are two major fears we need to work on. 1. Fear of what people will say (criticism) 2. Fear of failure It is important not to take criticism personally. We will get a lot of them as we progress. We take constructive ones as feedback, and we dust off the other ones. Whatever we do, people will always say something. A wise man once said, "Other people's opinion of you, is none of your business" "What is that thing you will do if you have zero chance of failing?" This is a very important question to ask ourselves. We must always remember, failure is a critical part of success. Another way to look at it is this, what is the worse thing that can happen if I push for that goal? can I survive it? What is the upside (reward-to-risk ratio)? It is important we discuss these fears as some of us are coming from an environment where our confidence has been battered. I always remember this quote from Steve Jobs,"If you're afraid of failing, you won't get very far,” May God help us❤️🙏
