@KenRoth Well put. She has also done something absolutely unconscionable - given her view of the judgment when she was one of many judges. No judge should do this, least of all when an international court. The other judges indeed cannot speak because they are not retired. Really shocking.

Right this is my guess, but given my biases and her stature in this case I'm certainly going to wait until a consensus of experts comment on this before saying 'she's wrong' or whatever.

Finally. We can put this “the ICJ ruled plausible genocide” bullshit to bed. I’ve been arguing this for months, but in case you don’t believe me, here’s the actual President of the ICJ who delivered the ruling: “It didn’t decide that the claim of genocide was plausible”.
