@sima__tetteke 消費分が走っている間は取れてないですよね。完走直後は興奮で気づかなかったのか、痛みがそれほどなかったのですが、3日経って右足がパンパンに腫れてきました 😂 しっかり休養しましょう。

2 days to go until my dream race — #MtFUJI100, a 100-mile run through the mountains around Mt. Fuji. Down 4kg and no major injuries. I might have needed more training for the distance and elevation gain, but I’m in better shape than the past two times. I’ll finish it this time!
