@d_ijk_stra @crazyagun 어떤 절대적인 평가 기준이 있는게 아니니.. 상대적으로 비교할 수 밖에 없는데 그러니 자연스럽게 비교하게 되고.. 다른 조직,팀,사람이 왜 좋은 평가를 받았다는 이유를 알려주지는 않으니 추측할 수 밖에 없구... 결국 이해는 안되니 시스템에 대한 기대,신뢰는 떨어지고. 이런 반복이지 않을까요
@d_ijk_stra @crazyagun 이유는 여러가지가 있겠지만 그중 한개는 한국에서 회사를 다니면서 느낀건 인사시스템이 상대적인 인사평가 결과를 구성원에게 납득시켜주지 않아서인가..? 라는 생각이 들어요. (애초에 그게 가능한가..라는 생각도 듭니다만)

@winterwolf0412 그리구 js파일에서 외부 라이브러리를 쓰고 있으면 그 라이브러리 확인하러 다시 구현체를 찾는게 어렵더라구요. 제가 편한 방법을 못 찾는건지.. ts개발이 내코드 짤때는 편한 것 같은데 뭔가 라이브러리가 들어오기 시작하면 분석하기가 어렵더라구여 ㅜ
@winterwolf0412 ts개발할 때 라이브러리 구현확인이 어렵다고 생각하는데요. 혹시 이걸 쉽게 하는 방법이 있으신가요? 제가 힘들었던거는 타입에서 구현으로 가면 ts파일로 가지 않고, d.ts로 가서 실제 구현부를 보려면 node_modules에서 js파일을 찾아야한다! 라는 점이었습니다 ㅜ

상대방의 질문에 그대로 답하는 나였으면 그 분처럼 3호선 환승역 지났다고 알려드리지 못했을 것 같다. 애매한 상대방의 질문에서 정말 가지고 있는 문제가 뭔지 파악하고 해결해주는 능력.. 참 멋있었다. 나 같은 눈치 둔탱이도 그런걸 할 수 있을까
방금 되게 멋있는 사람을 봤다. 신분당선에 타고 있는중. 할아버지가 이거 몇호선이에요? 라고 여쭤보셨는데, 그분이 신분당선이에요라고 답하심. 할아버지는 재차 이거 3호선아니냐고 물어보셨다. 그 분은 3호선 갈아탈 수 있는 곳은 한정거장 지났다고 하셨다
