1/4 Today was the final day of the Sheffield Dysphagia course! We looked at how to manage #dysphagia within the community. Importantly for us, how we can work with our community SLT teams to ensure our service users are at the centre of what we do.

2/4 there was also lots of important learning about how we can support decision making around eating, drinking and swallowing 🍽️ 👍 👎
3/4 Day 5 finished on a high, supported by @oakhousekitchen helping us to modify foods according to #iddsi guidelines using what you’ve got in the kitchen cupboards!
A big thank you to @Smith8Anita, course lead, and all of the industry partners for a fantastic week! Lots of learning, ready to be put into practice!
