step 1: 1st principles thinking. step 2: doing whatever it takes to find out where users are hanging out and lurk there. step 3: find the kinda marketing that your users are getting rn. do its opposite to get attention. (eg. linkedin.com/posts/zhu-aman… ) and this, the bones of a gtm motion emerge

answer lies in the pause. if ai systems are good enough to wait thru the buffering we do while we speak bec of having to think thru something, it’ll become infinitely clearer. harder to do backspace when your speaking into voice mode. a human listener can easily process the correction - i’ve found that’s where voice gets bottlenecked

saw the fable / mythos export control news, got pissed. and then got even more fried reading the 10,000th op ed about how we need a committee w nandan nilakani chairing something (no offense, sir is a legend). but india needs to get its shit together in a hurry. got tired of it all, so now i’m running my own mini think tank on codex and trying to come up with a data backed difinitve plan for ai in india that could just be a handbook meity picks up and implements for real. not a 10k page coffee table book. wish me luck
