Our latest publication - a direct comparison between desalination and atmospheric water harvesting to address global water stress: doi.org/10.1039/D3EE02…. Super excited to have this published in #EES (@RSC_Energy), which has been a dream journal since my grad school days! #WERL
4/6 Storing and transporting H2 is costly due to the need for high pressure or super low temperatures, otherwise the tiny element will simply slip through the cracks! We're designing special porous materials called MOFs that soak up H2 like a sponge and release it when needed.
6/6 Ready for launch: Our scientists aren’t just designing #hydrogen technologies and hoping they will work in the real world. They use technoeconomic analyses to model the inputs and outputs ahead of time so we can scale up from the lab bench to the market with confidence.
