@global_vfs worst customer service ever. Called thrice and they disconnected in the middles of the conversation because they didn’t have an answer. Their system is not working correct and I am the one at mistake. @VFSGlobal you could do better… @IndianEmbassyUS

@VerizonSupport Also when I scheduled the visit I asked will be there be any cost to it , he said no . Also when tech came to fix it he accepted that previous tech did not did his work completely previously.

@VerizonSupport So when I had initial installation of my FIOS internet , the technician didn’t activate the cable jacks for WiFi extenders. When I got my WiFi extender the jacks weren’t working. Then I scheduled a tech appointment via customer service .
