I know these advices are kind of basic but I'm here to support those who just started and I'm still learning to grow every single day <3. If you don't know where to study for UTBK or TKA. Check out ALT4.0 and use code "ALT-STUDYWAEDEN" to receive discounts.
5. Find a supportive community. I find studying alone hard a lot of the time because no one is there to hold me accountable. So finding someone or a community that shares the same dream and is willing to hold you accountable helped me become more consistent in my studies
4. Stop relying on motivation Instead, build good habits that will support your studies. Good habits that I've built include: reading various texts in english and bahasa, doing worksheets of basic algebra everyday before my studies or during my free time
3. Stop passive recalling. Instead of highlighting your books and rereading your notes when doing spaced repetition, do forms of active recalling. Forms of active recalling include: doing worksheets, flash cards, quizzez, and rewriting your notes from memory.
2. Repetition is key. Apply spaced repetition. Once I'm done studying a chapter I usually visit that same chapter 3 days later, then again 1 week after, and again 2 weeks later.
1. Study in manageable portions Implement the pomodoro technique. I usually do 45 minutes of studying paired with 15 minutes of break when studying new materials. Or, 15 minutes of work and 5 minutes of rest when doing worksheets
