@MizuwolfWolfy @StellarFox16 YUP. for example I’ve been taking showers my whole life but it still takes herculean effort to do it & even then it’s less often than I “should” & only after my hair gets so greasy that dry shampoo can’t help anymore. The mental effort just to do this “simple” thing is insane.
