In case it helps anyone, here are the things that have most helped me through my recent suicidality: 1. Frequent check-ins from friends 2. Music. Lots of it 3. Work accommodations (e.g., flexible schedule) 4. Short-term plans (e.g., walk tomorrow) 5. Talking out loud alone

@stephiesque Thank you for sharing this Stephi. I think I need some leave from the office for short rest… been working through weekends for way too long. And I usually sing out loud, be it ballad, rock songs, everything just to blow of steam. Keep on rocking that guitar and sing too!
