@the_N0b0dy_0 @UPS Are you by chance in ATL area? My next day air package supposed to be delivered today was randomly postponed until Monday at 2:40 am. It said “mechanical failure” 🙄 when I talked to CS they said the ATL smart hub had a power outage but I can’t find a single report of this? BS

@UPS what’s going on? Mechanical failure = having to wait 4+ days for a valuable package with expensive next day shipping? 😡 ups CS says it was a power outage in ATL smart hub but I can’t find any info about it online. Sketchy!

@UPS what’s going on in ATL? I have an important package that was supposed to be delivered today next day air. Then it said mechanical failure and wont be delivered until 12/16. When I called ups they said there was a power outage in the ATL smart hub!? But no outages reported 🙁

I’ve also contacted you via live chat and the agent was no help. Said everything was “ok on her end”. Clearly there is a major system issue or the ability to deliver alcohol in my county has changed for me not to be able to order any bottle of wine across the whole platform.

@TeamYouTube I’m suddenly having issues playing back YT Prem videos and YouTube tv recorded shows on my iPhone 👇👇They both keep giving me the same error. I deleted & reinstalled both apps. Checked internet & am not having any issues with other streaming apps #help

@ThrillData trying to use your DW park reservation alerts. Do they work pretty well? AK (& all parks) are booked 3.14.22 and our park res is missing. Tried testing alert with park res on a day that looked open but it hasn't alerted me. Thx for your help!

@tweethue I’ve got a hue bridge that is stuck on zigbee channel 0. We moved and the lights wouldn’t connect again so I did a factory reset & now the bridge is stuck on Z channel 0 & can’t connect to bulbs. Can’t change Z channel. says failed. What do I do?
